ABOUT ME

My Story

Born 1962 in Sweden. I started doing face yoga when I was 45 years old and was getting cancer treatment, to care for my skin . I have been practicing yoga on and off all my life to handle my recurring back problems. I fell in love with yin yoga 10 years ago and decided later to become an instructor so I can share my practice and the wellbeing it gives me. 


I'm also a Licenced Personal Trainer, Fitness Instructor, Swimrun Lover, Biohacker Wannabe and Fitness Entusiast. To me it is important to be able to live life fully and to be able to continue doing sports and outdoor activities throughout my life. And to be the best version of myself. The outdoor activities all year round can be hard on my skin, but a combination of face yoga and natural skincare helps a lot.


I was happy to find Danielle Collins Face Yoga Method that complements an active life perfectly with the holostic approach to face yoga including wellbeing techniques, massage, acupressure, relaxation as well as face yoga exercises. Danielles knowledge and experience in combination with  her sweet personality is so easy to love. So I'm very proud that I managed to get a teacher certification in Danielles method and I'm now ready to share it with you.
